These papers are the research behind mump2p. The work covers about 15 years of network coding. Prof. Muriel Médard (co-founder and CEO) is a co-inventor of Random Linear Network Coding. Dr. Kishori Konwar (co-founder and CTO) works on distributed systems and coding theory. Prof. Nancy Lynch (advisor) works on Byzantine fault tolerance; that work influenced Tendermint. She held MIT’s NEC Chair of Software Science and Engineering before Prof. Médard.
